Terms of service
Short version: connect accounts you own, post content you have the right to post, follow each platform's rules, and we run the machinery. The full version follows.
1. Who you are dealing with
These terms are a contract between you and ManyHandles, a general partnership (VOF) registered in the Netherlands ("ManyHandles", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use ManyHandles for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
2. What ManyHandles does
ManyHandles lets you connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage, schedule and publish your content to them through the platforms' official APIs, read back the numbers and comments those posts earn, and reply to comments. We never create, alter or generate content. What you upload is what gets posted.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your login private.
- Connect only accounts you own or are explicitly authorised to manage. Connecting someone else's account without permission ends your access.
4. Platform rules come first
Every platform you connect has its own terms, and they bind you when you use it through ManyHandles. In particular, by connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Meta's and TikTok's terms apply to their accounts in the same way. We may limit how often we post or read on your behalf to stay inside a platform's limits, and we tell you in the app when we do.
5. Your content
You own what you upload. You give us only the permission we need to store it and send it to the platforms you chose, and that permission ends when you delete it. You promise that you have the rights to publish it and that it does not break any law or platform policy. You are the publisher; we are the tool.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use ManyHandles to:
- post spam, scams, harassment, or content that is illegal where you or your audience are;
- run accounts that pretend to be someone else, or buy, sell or rent accounts;
- try to get around a platform's limits, moderation or detection, or our own caps;
- probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that do, and remove content a platform or authority requires us to remove.
7. Fees
ManyHandles is currently free while in early access. If we introduce paid plans, we announce prices in the app before anything is charged, and you can stop using the service before that date at no cost.
8. No promises about reach
We publish exactly what you schedule, at the time we agreed, as far as the platforms let us. We cannot promise views, growth, revenue, or that a platform will accept, keep or not restrict a post or an account. Platform outages, API changes and reviews are outside our control.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what you can do, we tell you in the app first.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, ManyHandles is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, lost data or lost reach, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or €100 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
11. Ending
You can stop at any time: disconnect your accounts, and ask for your data to be deleted as described on the data deletion page. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you break these terms.
12. Law and contact
Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. Questions: support@manyhandles.com. Our privacy policy is part of these terms.
